Tiffany Morales, Psy.D.
Doctoral Resident
Dr. Tiffany Morales is a postdoctoral resident who completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology. She has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health clinics, VA facilities, hospitals, and high schools. As a former NCAA Division I athlete, she has an interest in peak performance and sports psychology. She has experience supporting elite athletes and performers by identifying their resilience and offering skills to manage performance anxiety.
Dr. Morales also specializes in the treatment of trauma and uses a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to build a collaborative therapeutic alliance. She provides a safe space for clients to process adverse experiences, grieve loved ones, explore multicultural and LGBTQIA+ identities, and manage family dynamics and relationship stress. She is trained in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and Motivational Interviewing.
