Christian has 19 years of experience as a therapist and believes the most important component of therapy is the client/therapist relationship. He creates a relaxed and non-judgemental environment which allows for rapport building, safety and comfort. He believes that achieving this and combining multiple treatment strategies will allow people to reach whatever goals they set in treatment.
Christian has worked in a variety of settings including: Outpatient Community Mental Health, Forensic Mental Health and Private Practice. His expertise includes working with people who need assistance managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger or other mood changes. Christian has extensive experience in working with families providing therapy to improve communication skills and to develop healthier relationships.
