LOCATION:

Constance J. Rose, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral Clinical Psychology resident. She received her Doctorate in Philosophy from Palo Alto University and her Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. Within inpatient outpatient and community mental health settings, she has served culturally diverse individuals, couples, and families who experienced serious mental illness, race-based stress, intergenerational trauma, domestic/intimate partner violence, and acculturation challenges.

Dr. Rose specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients experiencing trauma, racial-based stress, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship concerns. She incorporates a biopsychosocial and cultural approach to care while engaging in the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure Therapy.
