Dr. Winter (she/hers pronouns) is a clinical psychologist with a background in treatment, assessment, and research. She currently specializes in anxiety and neurodevelopmental disorders including (but, not limited to) ADHD, Autism Spectrum, OCD, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder and agoraphobia. Dr. Winter provides individual treatment for teens and adults (13 and older) using evidence-based practices such as mindfulness-based CBT; DBT skills; assertive communication and conflict resolution; anger management; skills training for ADHD; self-regulation and energy management for neurodivergent nervous systems. She also utilizes motivational interviewing and interpersonal approaches as necessary and appropriate.
