Mae, strives to create an environment based on confidence – recognizing what it takes to bring a person into therapy. Her evidence-based interventions include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are thereby rooted in empathy, respect, compassion, and collaboration.
