Steven Macchione, Psy.D.

Based in sunny South Florida, Steven Macchione, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with Thriving Center of Psychology in their new Miami location. He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and related disorders in adults. Dr. Macchione also has experience working with couples.

Dr. Macchione is a firm believer in the notion that no one school of thought in psychology has a monopoly on good ideas, and as such, he uses an eclectic approach that incorporates existential and person-centered perspectives with components of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Having worked in a variety of settings, Dr. Macchione is comfortable working with people at various stages in their problems.
